Atlantis Dubai · Lost World Aquarium
At Atlantis Dubai, Heather served as Head Mermaid during the launch and creative transition of what is now the Lost World Aquarium, contributing to the venue’s rebrand and immersive underwater storytelling debut. She pioneered Atlantis’ first-ever mermaid shows, trained all mermaids in performance technique and freediving skills, developed choreography, assisted with show setup, and established performance standards for live aquarium environments. Heather also held the lead mythical creature role in Atlantis Dubai’s commercial and production shoots, representing the reimagined underwater world during the rebrand.

Heather Mermaid’s work is supported by collaborations with Sea Experience PADI 5-Star IDC and extensive experience in freediving and stunt-level aquatic performance. She is a PADI Rescue Diver, Certified PADI Freediver, EFR & CPR certified, and a PADI Mermaid Instructor, bringing a safety-forward, instruction-ready foundation to every performance and training environment. This combination allows Heather to perform and instruct confidently in technically demanding underwater settings while maintaining high standards of situational awareness, risk management, and creative precision across live shows, productions, and educational programs.
